dah pandai buat bihun hailam! beloved mr syediz mkn byk sgt!
yg gmbo tu dh 2nd time mkn!
~bihun hailam love-love~
1. bihun direndam & dicelur
2. bahan-bahan kuah hailam (anggaran utk 2 org)
- halia, bawang besar & bawang putih dipotong halus
- sayur ( carrot-bunga kubis-sawi) potong dlm 1/2 inch
- cabai kecik ditumbuk, cabai besar potong halus
- ayam, udang (fishball/fishcake/daging)
- kicap pekat, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce
- sesame oil
- stok ayam
- telur
- garam/gula
- daun sup/daun bawang/bwg goreng utk hiasan
~cara-cara:
1. tumis halia bwg smpi garing & wangi
2. masuk ayam & udang ~ smpi separuh masak
3. cabai & sayur
4. masuk kicap pekat (1.5 Tsf) - oyster/tomato/chilli sauce (1 Tsf)
5. stok ayam & air (ikut byk mana yg nak)
~ jgn lupa garam secukup rasa dan gula sikit
6. bila sume sayur dh lembut & dah mendidih masuk telur
~ kalau xcukup pekat, letak air tepung jagung sikit...
